The Hindi department established with the establishment of Triveni Devi Bhalotia College at Raniganj in the Year 1957 with the study of intermediate and in B.A. General Course. Sri Gajanand Mishra was our first Hindi teacher. In the session 1969-1970 the study of Hindi Hons was started. Post-Graduation Hindi, studies inception in the Year of 2017. In the session of 2021, the study of PhD Hindi was also started. Students of this department engaged in Wall Magazine preparation, Sports, and Participated in different cultural programs of this institution throughout the year. Many students of our department of Hindi have got Job in different fields like - WBCSC, WBSSC, SSC, NET, SLET, Banking, Railways, and defence etc.
